It was quite nice accommodation near Ribeira Grande. The bathroom was common with other rooms, it is a little bit uncomfortable, but there are 4 rooms for 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The bed is not too good yet. The breakfast was very basic, I’d like to have some vegetable.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment for the whole family or larger group. Having a rental car the location was excellent to reach any place of interest on the island. There is also a bus stop across the main road but we have never used it. Great communication with the owner through the Whatsup. Overall we had a very nice stay.

The facility has been well maintained and was very clean. Its location was perfect and quiet. Appreciated being able to stow our luggage before check in on the first day. The picnic basket breakfasts delivered to our rooms were generous in amount and varied. I liked eating in our room as a Covid safety measure and the option to have a coffee or orange infused water from the lobby at any time. Loved that the room was virtually scent-free so was thankful cleaning and laundry products used made this possible and that the windows were operational. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you for the liquor gift box!

The location was great! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and the little village itself was absolutely adorable.
The house had everything you need (we stayed for a week) and has a lot of space. Key collection was very easy and the hosts gave us great tips for sightseeing. Definitely recommend! :)

The sign of a good host is how they deal with a problem…the washer leaked and the host was straight there (late at night) to sort things out. Cannot complain at all…..very good house with excellent service.
We had the most incredible stay, the house is really well equipped, we had everything we needed and way more. The view alone is amazing and then you have this wonderful terrace to enjoy it. Host was super engaging and responsive, we felt really well cared for. Porto Formoso is a quiet village, perfect for a secluded stay but perfectly situated to visit all corners of the island at the same time. We could have stayed forever!
The most welcoming place you can find in a really nice spot of Sao Miguel. Debora and Davide are two great hosts that will make you feel like home. All the best to you guys!

This apartment is just perfect: clean, spacious and comfortable for a family of 4, well equipped, in a great position (close to everything but in a quiet location), with good and fast wifi, and the view is just amazing - it was hard to leave. Also, the host is really kind and helpful!
