Beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and comfortable house with great outdoor areas. Really quiet location but only 10 to15 minute walk to nearest village which has a great butcher, little supermarket, bakery and a couple restaurants. Vila Verde also nearby by car (Uber also really easy/cheap).
The place is outstanding. A beautiful, artistic boutique hotel with an amazing surrounding garden and view to the nearby valley. The rooms are large, beautifully, and artistically decorated with handmade articles. Very comfortable beds with high valued linen, towels, and robes. Excellent breakfast and dinner. 3 hot tubs in the garden overlooking the valley. Also, a place for open fire and gathering in the garden.The hosts are super friendly, helpful, generous, and thoughtful to the tiniest detail.
The breakfast was spectacular especially the hostess (I assume the owner of the hotel) we had great although limited conversations each morning using google translate. I think we could have spent the entire day visiting with her.
We loved the location, the house itself, it's very old, rustic, traditional and nicely furnished. The host is absolutely amazing. Pool area is nice. Garden is beautiful with fruit trees. There is everything you need- dishwasher, washing machine, heater, fireplace etc.
