We booked an executive room at the hotel with lake view.
When we arrived we were informed that the room we booked is unavailable!
We were given a standard room- small sized, basic furnished with no air condition and of course- no lake view.
The receptionist tried to comfort us with a bottle of wine and a reduced price for the room.
The experience of a lake view hotel(WHICH HAS AN EXCELLENT RESTAURANT) was totally ruined!

Our rooms were quaint, but perfect for a weekend away. Nothing but silence and prayer. The staff was welcoming and the reception/tea room is nice for an afternoon nibble. We used the bus (Jaro-Bus) to get to/from town to Olstzyn.
The place is absolutely stunning. The outdoor area next to the lake was beautiful and quiet. Really appreciate the attention the owners put into details inside the hotel- the kitchen is fully equipped with whatever utencils you may need, the furniture is very high quality, the cleanliness at its top.
A perfect family holiday location, hosted by a perfect family. It was wonderful.
