The room is excellent as promised: lovely mountain view; 2 windows, therefore sunny; nice design; cleanliness; bed very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and a large selection (yummy Polish cheese); a nice smiley lady freshly brews the coffee. It was a great help that they kept my luggage for a couple of hours. <3 The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the centre, but everything is nearby: grocery shop, authentic Polish restaurant (Karczma Zornica), café, pharmacy. Thank you for your hospitality, I will book with you on my next visit to Zakopane. :)

Really beautiful place with excellent facilities, really helpful and nice staff, lots of chill out areas inside and out, on-site parking, ten mins from Zakopane and despite being in a small village (which is a positive) there are good local facilities. Views are obviously excellent, there are plenty of on-site activities including guest lounge/game room, pool table etc. Rooms are excellent and impeccably clean. Breakfast was really nice and the gardens are superb with nice seating areas etc.

Very clean, cosy and really warm. The house is located on the hill in small village. All necessary amendments provided. Beautiful view looking over mountains. The host was very helpful in explaining how to get around local roads and parking spots to avoid traffic and queues in Zakopane and Gubalowka areas. Also suggested preferred thermal water sources and skiing spots.
Few local shops are within 5min drive. WiFi connection and password was provided.
It was amazing relaxing stay there. Me and my family loved the place, the quietness, and the cleanness of the property.
The owner is very friendly and very helpful. The property is fully equipped with everything you might need to make you feel home.

In general, that was relaxing, great time. Cosy, quiet lodge with natural, winter landscape around you. Very well equipped and tidiness are assets. I have been with family, in total 6 people with children, as well. The best way of commuting is by car, frankly speaking. That is the base camp for travelling around the area, whenever you preferably wish to reach, as destination. Not far away from Zakopane, as well. Well known, nice place Zab is nearby. Regarding, accommodation, equipment and so on...all positives.
hard to explain this place; it is remote and secluded, yet so close to everything. It is a holiday home, but you feel like you’ve been living there for years!
Beautifully equipped, functional and you are keen to get up every morning to enjoy at the view with your morning coffee. The host is lovely and is great at communication.
Mountain view is amazing when clear weather. Quiet environment with some farming animals around that made you feel like in country side. Nice church up the hill (5min walk).
