Before we visited Batad, we considered various high hill locations for the accommodations which are provided here, but after we were actually in Batad and were able to see these accommodations live, we were happy that we decided for Christina. It has a feel that you are at someone's home (which is actually a fact). It was a really authentic experience for us. All Cristina's family were very kind. They can also prepare a great meal for you, which you will enjoy with the view of rice fields. Thank you!

It was seriously awesome! Even on a starless night, there were so many fireflies in the trees in front of me that I thought the stars were falling. Anyway, it's in the middle of the intense and beautiful rice terraces, but it's not on Google Maps. The stay itself was the greatest treasure.

Banaue is a bit messy if you have to drive yourself, so being already on the road going to Batad, saved us two crossings of the city. The landscape from the windows is spectacular.
