I loved this place! it is my dream home, surrounded by greenery and hills.
Our room was simple but spaciuos, clean and tidy with a big bathroom and a very comfortable bed. There is a small kitchen equipped all what is needed, the breakfast was very nice! even if we stayed for one night only, we felt like home!
a plus is the hot pool iacuzzi in the garden, fantastic! the surrounding garden is so lovely and the cat is adorable!

This was a fantastic place for our stay, and we are repeat visitors. Quiet, beautiful view of neighboring horse farms, lots of birds and flowering trees. Bed was very comfortable, parking was easy, clothes washer and dryer were a great bonus. Kitchen facilities were a nice touch for a longer stay. The owners were very nice and responsive when we asked for a shower mat because the shower tile was too slippery for our comfort. Breakfast cereals and snacks were a very nice touch too!

The place was clean and comfortable. The setting was beautiful and private. It had everything we needed. Even a washing machine. We were late arriving and it was dark so the owners unlocked the house and turned on the lights and heaters for us. So it was nice and cozy when we arrived. We appreciated that so much. The location was near food and amenities, which was convenient at the end of the day. Not wanting to head back into town. Plenty of storage for our stuff. The bathroom and toilet was modern and very clean.

Very quaint and comfortable cottage, well appointed and very functional, super clean, nicely decorated, in a superbly quiet country side location. And yet not far to either beach (Mt Maunganui) or pristine native bush (the Kaimai Mamaku ranges). Very friendly and accommodating hosts and free range chickens roaming around.
The location and the large house was perfect for what we were looking for. Darren the host went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were well taken care of and was very kind and welcoming.
This place has lots of space and is ideal for a large group or family. The swimming pool is a bonus.
The Accommodation is not far from Tauranga, and gives a quiet and rural feel to the place. A great place to relax and enjoy some down time.
The accommodation, the host, the location, the space, the amenities and the quietness of it all were all 5 star. The outside area - fire pit, BBQ and spa was fantastic too for the weather.
A really beautiful B&B, set beside an avocado orchard, only 13 mins from Tauronga. Host Maggie was really lovely and we had tea with her and husband, Chris, who also showed us around the orchard and gave us avocados and fruit to take home! The B&B was quaint, very clean, fridge well stocked, comfy beds, great facilities, easy to find. We felt really pampered. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Beautiful location, stunning garden, large comfortable rooms with views of the garden. Quiet location with parking. Lovely hosts who provided generous breakfast items to be enjoyed at our leisure. We saw hedgehogs, rabbits, a pheasant & her babies, and a flock of visiting collared doves.
Sue and Don are great hosts. The setting is just beautiful. Many added extras we didn’t expect! Loads of breakfast options on offer. Super comfy beds and the shower was amazing! You can even go shopping in Sue’s studio for beautifully handmade soaps and jewellery.
