We had such a lovely stay both times we visited Urban Farm Haus! We were welcomed in like family by the hosts. Great room, large and clean with amenities and water which was a nice touch. Having a lovely home cooked meal each night with the hosts and other guests and a great breakfast each morning made it feel like a home away from home. We also got great advice on places to visit while we travelled along the Caprivi Strip. Wonderful stay, wish we could visit again soon!

Sweet, quiet area with a sandy road leading to the guest house. 24/7 reception service. Good breakfast. The microwave and the toaster can be used at any time. If you want the staff to clean the room, you need to tell them, otherwise they won't disturbe your privacy.
The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Rundu on a shaded property where fruit bats roost and birds visit the garden. Breakfasts were generous and the environment was generally quiet. The hosts kindly rearranged our booking schedule to cater for a revised itinerary.
It’s in Namibia. Go to the Rundu boarder post and it’s well signed from there. The best steak and hosts. Comfortable clean tents right on the river. Spotless shared ablution block. Charming and delightful in every way. We loved it.
Tastefully decorated and clean. Host responds swiftly and communication is easy. Beautiful yard with braai/bbq facilities and relaxing area. I would recommend Home@Amalia’s over any Guesthouse or hotel in Rundu. You get better value!
