open the door and dive into the blue sea...fall asleep with the sound of the waves, in the wildest part of the island where nature is strong and uncontaminated. Emma and her family are fantastic people, always available, she organized a snorkelling trip for us with a very nice guy who took us around the island where we could swim with turtles and baby sharks.

We spent 3 days in this cozy cottage, wonderful! People here are very nice, and easy to commincate. Any changes or notice the host let me know very early! The repection area is comfortable, providing cold water. Breakfast has 4 options to choose, incl. Malaysian, Indian, Western etc. Besides, we enjoyed the time lying on the beach chair, snorkleling in the sea, playing with sands. It's been very quiet and private.
Pancakes for breakfast were great, location is great, I had booked chalet rooms but were given smaller rooms but still we had a lovely stay and hosts are nice and friendly. It was quiet and relaxing.
Extremely comfortable beds. Lot of space in the bed and the room. AC was working. nice view. Breakfast was simple but good. Cheap restaurant. Hot shower. With the right people a social hostel.
Amazing! A lovely little chalet right on the beach, quiet and peaceful. Eno was a great host, picking us up when we arrived at the jetty/dropping us off and providing breakfast every morning. Clean and comfortable, and had a mosquito net provided as well. Wonderful nature, a great beach and an idyllic atmosphere. We were there for a few days of relaxation, and it was just what we needed. Eno also helped us sort out a few day trips, both a snorkelling tour and a jungle walk.
Small, boutique establishment. Private, safe, easily accessible beach. Quiet: no traffic noise, no motorbike noise, no music blaring in the restaurants, no noisy TVs blaring from neighbouring cabins (occasional boat engine noise). We went snorkelling straight from our cabin - it wasn’t spectacular but we enjoyed it (and still saw fish/ rays; masks and snorkels and flippers supplied free by Melina). We also did a snorkel trip organised by Melina - all very convenient.
It's expectional stay with great hosts and perfect location. Amazing food cooked by the host's mother and easiness of doing all kinds of activities made it one of the greatest stays in Malaysia. It's a perfect gateway from bustling cities. I would greatly recommend it for family with children and couples who value peace and beautiful views. We stayed there a couple of days and never got bored. We saw so many amazing underwater scenery and animals while snorkelling. Great value to price! Definitely would stay there again.
Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very close to the beach and the jungle wildlife. We stayed in bungalow 26 and met friendly monkeys each morning close to our door step. Tioman is a little paradise!
