Location wise Arfaan guest house was very near to our meeting place. The fasilities were beyond our expectation. We will surely recommend this guesthouse to our friends and families.

(2) Flexible host(s) accepting our last minute check-in & extension requests
(3) Comfortable bed but pillows were too soft and luckily I got 1 extra pillow in the room so I could stack them up. No extra pillows in each room.
(4) Clean floor and surfaces
(5) Functioning household appliances but furniture looked worn out - microwave was OK, 2-doors fridge was OK and shower heater was OK
