Tholal is an amazing host. Nothing is too much to ask and there are lots of facilities and services available. The kitchen, laundry machine, and snorkeling gear were all free to use. We can also really recommend Dhangethi as a hoiday destination The locals are all very friendly and the island provides many activities. It is probably one of the best places to book diving and whale spotting trips from!

I loved my stay at the Banyan Villa!!! It was so relaxing and peaceful, exactly what i was looking for. The owner and staff are incredibly nice, accommodating and can help you with anything you need (including fresh aloe for sunburns)

Big, modern room with very clean bathroom. Daily cleaning was also great. Staff was exceptional, they helped us with pretty much everything. Answering our tons of questions before we arrive, arranging our pick up from the airport and welcoming us at the harbour personally… And preparing a birthday cake for my wife. I don’t know what to say, we are very grateful for choosing Dhigurah Cottage.

Very friendly and helpful people, smiley faces. Jumaan booked the speedboat for me. Everything went smoothly. It was a relaxing stay, the 1st floor rooms had a balcony. The hotel is small, kind of a boutique hotel, among the local houses, and looks like it was built recently, the rooms looked nice. Wi-Fi was stable, the speed was about 10-50mbps. Decent for a remote island. I would stay there again. It is a good place for quiet people.

I chose to book here because of the high rating on booking, and after my stay, I totally understand why it's so high. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional! And because there aren't that many rooms in total, you really get special treatment. Arrival and departure were perfectly organized. The food was delicious, and the room was exactly like in pictures. The bed was comfortable. Also, this island is very beautiful and I definitely suggest staying here.

Ali and his staff were amazing at taking care of our needs. The snorkeling excursions to beautiful reefs teeming with sea life were reasonably priced and well run. The boat crew took care of everything, even going out of their way to help my wife, who is not a swimmer. We saw whale sharks and giant manta rays along with a plethora of colorful reef fish, black tip sharks, and sea turtles. We also had a lot of fun drop fishing and caught several fish, which were BBQ'd by the staff and served for dinner, all included in the charge for the trip. Some advice: FOLLOW THE DIVE AND SNORKELING RULES! If you violate the rules, you could be banned from further excursions. Don't blame the staff if that happens. Do NOT touch the whale sharks. Do NOT touch the manta rays. Follow All the rules! The Athiri Beach is the only true beachfront guesthouse on Dhigurah. Our room was only a few steps from the water and we could hear the waves lapping the shore while we slept. The rooms are probably the largest available on Dhigurah, most will ocean views. One recommendation is to reserve a second floor room with a balcony as the "road" in front of the hotel can sometimes be a little busy with motorbikes and pedestrians. As for those who complain about the staff smoking under a tree, I say to you, get a life. The tree is well away from the guest rooms. I don't see what you are complaining about. The food, while a little bit on the expensive side, was excellent, especially the green curry, which my wife and I felt was the best on the island. The only exception was the chicken and chips as the chicken was overcooked and dry. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, but it was adequate. I still don't understand how a hot dog is considered a breakfast sausage! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Athiri Beach and would certainly return there should we ever travel to the Maldives again.

This hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The hotel is filled with love and kindness🥰The staff is unbelievably friendly and nice and will do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we really didn’t want to leave! Maumoom is amazing and he and his team helped my boyfriend organize a surprise for my birthday which was so sweet of them and really made me feel special❤️ Maumoon is so kind and made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived Mujeeb is so kind and helpful and he is always around! He cleaned our room 2 times a day and made amazing flower decorations on the bed. Mekey served us our food our entire stay and I can’t put into words how amazing he is at his job and we really can’t thank him enough for everything! We have never gotten service at this level before, not even in the fanciest restaurants or resorts. He really cares for the guests and he reads into everything. He noticed our sunburn and without us asking he cut up fresh cold aloe vera for us to put on our burns and also cut up papaya fruit for us to eat since he knows it’s a good fruit to eat after a day in the sun. Arouch the chef did excellent job with the food and altered the food for us picky eaters Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness, you really made our stay in the Maldives unforgettable and I hope one day we can come back to stay with you!🥰 (I really hope I spelled your names right, if not then I apologize) Love, Magni & Snædís
