The location was top! Was just a few meters down to a beautiful beach and shacks with some amazing food. There was a restaurant that was open throughout the night again a few meters from the property and was brilliant. The host was one of the kindest hosts I have ever seen. Lorena was very kind, accommodating and even helped us when it was little late for us to arrive. After a long drive, the sleep quality was amazing. The balcony opens up to the beach view and was beautiful both at day and at night.

Gorgeous apartment in a beautiful town. The views are amazing! The staff were very responsive to my requests and helpful. The apartment had everything needed (with added free coffee pods, wine and water!). Great location to walk down into town, where there are plenty of restaurants, ice cream stalls, souvenir shops and a small supermarket like shop. Free parking. Good air con.

Probably the best beachfront stay in Tivat, or at least thats how we felt there. Im not talking about luxury here, but about the things that matter. Hosts are laidback and kind, as is the whole vibe of the place, so if youre visiting, please keep it that way! Be respectful and do not disturb the peace of such a lovely spot. A real gem.

Excellent location within 10-minute drive from Kotor. The villa is located just in front of the sea with beautiful view from each of four (4) apartments offered for rent.
We stayed in one of 2 apartments located on level 2 and had a luxury of having a balcony equipped with chaise lounges, table, chairs and umbrella.
The accommodation was of sufficient size for 3-4 people with all required appliances available.

Cozy apartment which is very well equiped, great location in this beautiful Gabella street, good wifi and the host is the sweetest and helpful woman. She was ready to help anytime and also made us feel important as guests
The appartment was excellent! It is located on a hill a bit outside of the center. It was a bit difficult to find but the host was very helpful and picked us up from our location. The view from the olive garden that surrounds the appartment ot the bay is great.
In the apparment we were welcomed with a bottle of local red wine and some fresh fruits - absolutetly great!

We were staying at this place already last year and after great experience we returned. Everything is as great - well equipped apartment, quiet bedrooms and great location next to Gabela street. While parking is not available next to property its not difficult to find a spot in walking distance. Would love to return
They gave us lemonade when we arrived and pancakes because we were the first guests in the newly renovated apartment.
They had a nice backyard with a trampoline,slide and pool (witch was not filled yet witch was sad).
2 minute drive to Virpazar. Apartment is on quiet side road. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had.
The landlord, Filip, is the great host ensuring we had everything we needed, he gave us great recommendations of places to visit. The apartment had everything we could needed and more, very comfortable with great terrace for lazy evening chill. The place is close to beach and city's center but located on peacefull and quiet hill where no noises would disturb. The town - Risan, is conviniently located as a base place to visit whole Kotor's Bay attractions. 10/10 score and we already miss the place.
Atmosphere of the place was great. Far from the crowded places, peaceful and quiet just as I want.
