A wonderful host set the tone for our great stay here. On checking in we were given a welcoming Coconut which was so refreshing after our trip from Ella. The room was clean and spacious with excellent air con. We enjoyed all meals there - lunch, dinner and breakfast -during our brief stay. They arranged an excellent Yala National Park tour for us at an extremely competitive price. Our driver Alim was fantastic and made every effort to ensure that we got the best value for our day. Unlike some drivers in the park, he did not rush but made sure we experienced the best day possible. As so many other have commented the host took us to the bus station and made sure we got the correct bus for our forward journey to Matara. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us out with any matter we had and also organized an amazing safari for us. After we arrived he took us for a little bird tour, which was really nice. He treated us with a fresh coconut, fruits and little snacks. The hospitality was outstanding. The room and generally the whole property was clean and comfy.
