The room seems very new and is very well equipped with a fan, table, chairs and a balcony. There is also a kitchen as well as a fridge which was nice. The stay is just a 5min walk from the beach and all the shop, yet you still have it very peacefull and quiet here. The host is super friendly and helpful, I would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in coconut grove and even extended our stay. The familie is really nice and they help you with everything you need. The room and also bathroom are spacious and do not smell humid. The bed is big and comfy. If you want you can rent their scooter, or have coffee or breakfast on your own little terrace. In the garden you can see monkeys almost all the time. Also it is a short walk to the beach. Rams and lazy left are in walking distance to surf. Internetconnection was not the best, but I think it is a general problem in sri lanka. Anyway, 100% recommend this place.

Best place we staid in Sri Lanka. We staid almost 2 months at Dream Garden, and we felt at home. We were very well received. Dave, the owner of the place, and Vish, his son, made us feel so good, always trying to anticipate our needs, and helping us with everthing so that we could feel confortable and happy. The all family is brilliant ! We miss them already ! They're kind, caring, and intelligent. Always available for us, and keen on chatting. The name of the place « Dream Garden » suits perfectly the beautiful, green, well taking cared of garden, where live lots of adorable squirrels, colorful birds and funny to look at monkeys in the trees. The room we had was really proper, well cleaned, and quiet. This place is ideal for travellers who are looking for a good rest, because it's far from the noisy road and from the train. We slept well. The location is perfect : only 5 minutes walking from the beach in Midigama, and from the famous surf spots « Lazy Right » and « Lazy Left ». We had the great opportunity to rent a tuk tuk from the owner that offered us a really reasonnable price. He also provided us with usefull advices for ur trip, and arranged for us our drive back to Colombo. We loved our stay there and we are very grateful for their welcoming. First of all, it is a beautiful location in Midigama, in the jungle, where there is an atmosphere of tranquility and a feeling of home. The hosts are very friendly and kind people, always ready to help on any issue. The room is large and clean, it is possible to order food and drinks at great prices. You can also always buy drinking water, which is very convenient. The bed is comfortable, there is a great terrace where you can to do yoga, work and just relax. There is big parking for scooters, and my favourite option it is possible to wash clothes here. My friend and I have been living here for more than a month and Nature Guest House has become our second home!

I stayed at Shahara's for 17 days. The family made me feel like I was at home. The place was clean, new, and had wonderful facilities. Kitchen, Balcony, Hammocks, Bottled Water. It had everything you needed and nothing you don't. Simple and effective. It's location was perfect, close to lots of surfing spots and great restaurants like Mama's and Manikas. It's not far to head up to Ahangama either for a little more options. Overall, this place was excellent. I couldn't recommend it higher. Shahara and his family were beautiful and made my stay incredible memorable.
