We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Golden Residence during our visit to Kegalle, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The facilities at The Golden Residence were quite satisfactory, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for the stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a cozy stay. It was evident that the management takes pride in maintaining their property to a good standard. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality extended by the host. From the very beginning, they went out of their way to make sure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. Their attentive nature and willingness to cater to even the tiniest of needs made me feel truly valued as a guest. It was heartwarming to witness their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond to fulfill any request we had. I must emphasize that the level of friendliness and helpfulness displayed by the host is something I have rarely encountered in my travels. Their genuine care for their guests is commendable and truly sets The Golden Residence apart from other accommodations. It's not just a place to stay; it's a place where you feel like you're being welcomed into a warm and caring environment. The location was perfect to see the elephants. The elephants walked right by the hotel entrance. And the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!
