It’s was an absolute Gem! Our hostess and her husband were the sweetest people. They welcomed us and helped us where ever they could or we needed them. The breakfast was the best we had in Korea. WOW. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was clean and new. We really, really loved it!

If you want a real Korean guesthouse experience, this super sweet grandmother will welcome you with open arms. She is extremely cheerful and hospitable and will make sure you never go thirsty or hungry and have a good sightseeing plan. We appreciated the ramen and watermelon breakfast and her kind offer to do laundry. Watching the Olympics with her (and the help of Google translate), ranks up there with one of our best memories of Korea.

The owner carefully arranged the house for our arrival and left us some tasty snacks for breakfast. Everything was clean, and the functioning of the devices was well explained so we could stay in comfortably. Also, the location couldn't be better to hit all of the touristic spots.
Booking ElHouse is expensive, but you won't probably find another whole hanok as modernised and pretty as this one.

The lady that owns the guesthouse is gorgeous, limited English but very helpful with what to see and do in the area including a map of the area. Location of guesthouse was perfect for sight seeing in Gyeongju. Walking distance to ask the major sights and from a bus stop to the Buddhist temple 30mins out of town. Those guesthouse deserves the great rating it has, would recommend.
Great location, within walking distance of the old town, historic sights, restaurants and shops. At the same time the hostel is in a quiet location. Facilities of the hotel are good (seating area, coffee, washing machine) and rooms are slightly bigger than average. Friendly owner. Recommended!
The hostel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Big tv screen, free water to drink. Breakfast was small but good. Great location, polite host. By far the best guesthouse I’ve stayed in!
Very cozy and calm guest house,the garden is beautiful, the room and bathroom was extra clean and the futon style beds were also quite confortable. The host was very nice and helpful, she gave us a very good recommendation for a place to eat and she even called a taxi for us when leaving. We even receive a little gift! :) It was also nice to have breakfast in the common area, different options of beverage and bread is provided, as well as sliced fruit! The location is great, just close to the main street but in a quiet street. 너무 감사합니다.

The property was basic but very clean. We were welcomed by Junny - a great host. She was very helpful, especially with recommendations for the area. The guesthouse had a communal area with a kitchen and dining space.
It's a great little hostel in the centre of Gyeongju. All the attractions are within walking distance, but the area is still quiet at night. The hostel is new and modern. All the amenities like soap, shampoo, hairdries (even hai straightner) were in the room. The breakfast is a big plus - some toasts, fresh fruit, tomatoes and eggs.
Absolutely charming property in a great location and with super friendly hosts. The traditional breakfast provided was amazing and the information given was generous and much appreciated.
I loved my stay here at the momojein guesthouse. The hosts including the cute doggie were extremely helpful, welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Great location nearby shops, restaurants and local buses. Also within walking distance of the historical sites. I stayed in the Korean traditional room and the futon for the floor was extremely comfortable. Room was spacious for one person and was nuce to have the private bathroom. Cannot highly recommend enough.
