Facilities were super modern and clean. It felt like home and I didn't feel uncomfortable using the bathroom as I do in other unfamiliar, less modern/clean places. The hotel managers were amazingly kind. I asked to buy a luggage since an airline lost my luggage, and they sold me their daughter's luggage for a discount (I double checked that the price was authentic as well). They came in clutch when I was having a horrible day, and their facilities were so comfortable that it made everything alright. The shower was amazing as well. I loved how they provided slippers and a storage for your outdoor shoes as well.
