Can't say enough good things about this place: The location was great. The host is super nice. He speaks Japanese, Chinese and English very well! I really enjoyed the Japanese pizza dinner and the bento lunch box he prepared for us. The Japanese style room we booked is super comfortable with amazing mountain views. I will definitely come back next time.

We spent about 2 hours walking from the information center to this guest house, and then about 5 hours to our next accommodation in Chikatsuyu the following day, making it a great stop.
