Spacious room, clean and well airconditioned. Enjoyed it here, Staff was so friendly he picked me up and dropped me off to my bus station and showed me the view of the city! Gave me excellent tips on how to get around and what to do. I had a great time in Beppu and this guesthouse was one of the reasons, Thank you !! :)

Great accomodation exactly as described.
We only stayed one night so couldn't enjoy all the area has to offer but the Guesthouse was exactly what we needed. We booked the double bedroom with the en suite bathroom and it was clean and convenient. The free car park was available for us to use.
Plus, the owner prepared a very handy guidebook available in each room giving tips and recommending restaurants around. We tried one of the recommended bakery and it was indeed amazing!
Overall, great value for money.

We love Rojiura. The common lounge and kitchen is the winner plus sauna and cold bath. We stayed in private room even if its bunk bed it's very comfortable. Location is very good very short distance from the station and bus that goes up to the beppu hells and to Yufuin bars anf restaurantsare just few minutes walk.. The staff are very nice too. Found a very nice bbq restaurant about 4 minutes walk from the hotel the yakiniku Arata which BTW must try. Book in advance.

Stunning location nestled in the hills of Oita and close to shrines. Quiet area, not a far walk to city center. The home is well taken care of and quite a relic experience. The amenities, shower, toilet and kitchen were all clean. AC in all rooms. Great views, super kind and accommodating hosts.

The hosts were great. They speak English well. The lady gave me a ride to a restaurant she recommended end picked me up after dinner. I wish that I would visit this area more often. That would be an excuse to visit them again. Well recommended.
The staff (? - it felt more like hosts, rather than staff) were very accommodating. I had come to Oita with little plan of what I was going to do. Not only did they give me good suggestions to visit during my stay, but also gave me rides to and from the nearest station free of charge - which saved me 30 minutes of walking every time.
The hosts were super kind and helpful, such lovely people!! Despite the location is a bit far from the train station, it didn't bother me since they drove me to the station.
Very clean and cosy place and good amenities.
Friendly reception and staff spoke English. Large, comfortable room. Great location inside the train station. Nice hot outdoor bath on top floor with a view of the city.
