Very nice sized room for the money. I was upgraded (at no cost) to a north facing room with a lovely view of the lake. The men's on-site public bath was comfy. The Japanese style breakfast each morning was tasty and very filling.
There's a Seicomart next door. Great, peaceful location!

Accomodation around Lake Toya can be expensive but Hotel Nakanoshima gives a relatively less expensive option if you are driving. Parking was free and plentiful. The location is a 8-10 mins drive from the ferry terminal, food options and the 7-11 convenience store. An unexpected surprise was a wild flower field located 3mins walk away which was filled with sunflowers.
Located right in front of Lake Toya, ホテル中の島別館 offers accommodations with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Guests can rent bicycles and relax in the indoor hot-spring baths.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The house was in a quiet location, which was easy to find. We loved the traditional look inside the property and liked sleeping on the futons. We found that it was fairly close the the railway station and local bus stop. It was also easy to visit Hell's Valley and Date Jidai village from the house.
The house is very quaint and cosy. Very well equipped and the grounds and gardens are lovely and well kept. The host, Roman, is a great guy and very hospitable and friendly. He helped us to set up the bonfire and started our BBQ for us. He also helped us to get the foods and drinks for the BBQ. Very good fella. We will recommend the property to our friends.
Great host and fantastic breakfast in the morning. The flower fields are across the street. We even took a helicopter ride over the area from the flower gardens.
Nice and quiet, excellent friendly staff, great location. I stayed 2 nights and that’s all you need for Noboribetsu. Need to catch a 15min bus to the onsen area which is easy to do. A couple good restaurants around - try the Yakitori place
the guesthouse is modern and furnished with loving attention to detail. the dorm was very clean and the sleeping cabins give you a lot of privacy. in the evening you could even enjoy takoyaki together with the hosts and other guests. we had a very fun stay! you can tell how much effort the hosts put into the guesthouse! we can warmly recommend the accommodation!
Great location in a quiet neighbour hood. Good sized villa / house. Parking lot has space for 2 cars. A nice garden just at the front. Come with a small bath tub as well.
Owner is very helpful and ammenities are well stocked. Highly recommend this place.
Literally the perfect house to stay in noboribetsu! Its cute, its large, the location is very ralexing, Roman is a great host. You can take the bus near the house (50m) for noboribetsu onsen. There is a family mart a 300m too. We really enjoy our stay and want to come back in a near futur.
