The host (Matsu) is very nice. He helped us call restaurants and gave us tips about the island. The facilities are clean and the rooms are cute. There is a nice terrace as well and you can rent snorkel gear/bicycles. They always cook dinner together in the evening so I’d recommend if you go there to keep some time for that!

Absolute BEST location. Staff were incredibly kind. Free bicycles, free coffee station and even some free fruit (bananas)!
Paid airconditioning but its cheap, about $1 for 3 hours. All in all fabulous stay for the price. Decent sized room too!

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
spotless clean, equipped with all comforts & amenities, spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space and the parking coupled with the quiet and safe location were a great plus. The highlight was the host who provided us with all information possible and very generously assisted us upon arrival with sorting out our grocery shopping & car rental.
The hospitality and friendliness of the host! He even picked me up from the airport (as it fit his schedule) and told me interesting facts about Ishigaki.
His little family treated me well from the start and I felt very welcome.
The Guesthouse itself was really cute and had everything you need for a couple of days, I enjoyed my stay here a lot.

Fu & Val are great hosts with awesome recommendations for restaurants and activities on Ishigaki.
The apparment has a beautiful interior design and even a little kitchen, good wifi and free parking.
It was a pleasure to come back again in this charming guesthouse. Location is perfect if you have a car and want to explore North and west of ishigaki. Hosts are welcoming and helped us with Booking local restaurant and finding good café.
great location- very spacious spaces (bedroom, kitchen, common areas, terrace), got a very local and homely feel of the place, cleanliness was spot on, quiet area, loads of restaurants near by and helpful staff. plus 2h free bike rental (they are old but they still get you places)
Wonderful experience at this hostel/guest house! Lovely staff, beautiful environment and decor, very clean & all the amenities you could possibly want! Couldn't recommend it enough!
Great location right by the boat terminal and bus station. In the city center close to restaurants. Nice bath house and good breakfast with lots of options. Friendly check in staff and offered eco cleaning.
Tomomi & Sanggyun are so kind and helpful as hosts. We had the chance to visit the most beautiful Ishigaki places with them (including fireflies by night in the wild forest, such an experience) as well as eating food specialties.
The place is so lovely and quiet with an amazing view of the sea. The location is perfect to visit Ishigaki Island.
So bad that we can't give more than 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Friendly, hostel-type vibes but quiet, clean and spacious - at least in my private 2-double-bed room. You can hear the crickets at night which is quite soothing. A great beach guesthouse! Gon, the owner, greeted me personally, helped me to park my car and sat down with me to show me a map of the local area and give recommendations. He even made some suggestions for what to do on Iriomote Island when I went there after Ishigaki. Laundry facilities with drying space on site. A few restaurants and bars nearby - walkable.
