Everything! Just a 2 min walk from the main square, super close to attractions, bars, restaurants. Beautiful spacious apartment equipped with everything. Spotless clean. Absolutely loved it!

A wonderful experience to live and sleep in a Medieval Tower, which used also to be a gate to the city.
The owner has arranged this historic building into mixture of art gallery and suite and the represented art is really something to be seen - a lovely/crazy/funny mixture of old and new art - all together it really fits into this place and makes it very special.
It is a suite and no "hotel", so no breakfast is included - but only 30 seconds walking distance away is a nice cafe, which offers good coffee and Italian dolce for very cheap prices.
The whole stay is an experience not to be missed. Thank you Diego!

the owners were very friendly and helpful although they could not speak english, but with the help of a translation app we were able to understand each other. overall the place was pretty good and we would stay there again, if the situation arose

Perfect location for a relaxing stay in the middle of the beautiful countryside, a short drive from Todi city center. Very moden with everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed.

Lemon Tree Boutique Guest House is wonderfully clean and comfortable, conveniently located and perfect for our short stay in Todi. The owner, Peter, was extremely friendly and accommodating and kindly babysat so my daughter could join us for dinner.
Fabio was really friendly and good at communicating - he was a great host. The room was very cheap but it had a good bathroom, bed, fridge, air-con, TV (didn't use it) and WIFI. It was clean - there was parking and the area was pretty quiet.
This hotel is outstanding! Super charming. Great location in Todi. Food was outstanding. Super fresh. The staff were all super nice and I felt like family here. The pool is super clean and fresh. So calm and quiet here. Perfect spot for a getaway.

Beautifully renovated flat in a quiet yet convenient location with good facilities and a great host. I particularly enjoyed the super-comfortable bed and the powerful rain shower. I visited in November but will definitely come back in the summer when I will be able to make the most of the outstanding outdoor space!
