First and foremost this place is in a great location in walking distance of the cascate. We were unsure at first as it's close to the road but the rooms were double glazed so we slept soundly. Everything about the room was quality, from the furniture to the fixtures and fittings. All felt new, well maintained and very clean. Topped off by the friendly hosts who offered lots of useful local advice.

Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need and very good value for money. Most importantly though, the hosts were fantastic. The location is perfect, in the centre of Terni. The room was clean and spacious. There was everything I needed. It was nice to drink morning coffee on the balcony. I didn't meet the staff, but they answered very quickly to all my messages.

This place is really beautiful! The location is perfect, in the middle of olive plantation. It's quiet, clean and really comfortable! Rooms are specious, air-conditioned and nicely decorated. We had free safe parking. The host Gabriella is the most kind and friendly person, she welcomed us with home made cake, which was absolutely delicious! We also had a prepared breakfast! Thank you so much for everything ❤️ we really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this house!!

Carla is a great hostess. She's very helpful with everything needed, even special requests.The location is very quiet, with beautiful scenery outside, everything needed nearby and a bus station down the street from which you can easily get everywhere. The place is sparkling clean.
