It was a very clean room, comfortable for two people inside. It is very close to the train station and also very close to the city center. If you want to go at Bergamo old town you will have to do an estimated walk of 30 minutes, or take the bus that is close. The instructions to get in were very clear and the contact with the host very good. The availability of kitchen outside of our room was very helpful, even though we didn't used it. Because the temperature inside the room we felt it was a little high the existence of a fan inside the room was excellent. Close there are many spots to eat, drink and relax which was very good cause you can do all of them by foot.

Very good location in the centre of Bergamo Alta. Opposite an ice cream shop and with a shoe shop on the corner, heaven. The secure entry system worked ok, so I felt very safe.

We arrived late in the evening and the hosts had everything prepared for us, even milk for the kids.
We arrived late, after travelling from the uk and the hotel staff were so accommodating. They organised a delivery of food to the hotel and offered to call in the order in order to ensure it was gluten free (I am coeliac). The family room was a great size and the breakfast had plenty of choice. We only stayed one night as a connection but it was a great location 10 mins from airport and 5 mins walk to a train station to allow us to easily commute to Bergamo the next morning.

Breakfast is good, same as everywhere in Italy. Internet worked and it was fast enough. You can get to the city center of Bergamo in 5 minutes by train and you don’t need to bother with a ticket, they are never asked. The train only goes once an hour. Hotel was fairly quiet.
