The property was so central right in the middle of the town. The room and bathroom was so clean when we went in and even had water and coke in the fridge complementary. It has air-con and a tv aswel. The host was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations of things to do and places to eat.

Beautiful room in the very center. We booked quite last minute and I don't think they expected us, but we could check-in within 20 minutes from the moment I messaged the owner. The location is busy but the windows are soundproof so it's very quiet.
The America is a family-run B&B, a 5-minute walk from the Virgilio Spa and 10 minutes from the shores of Lake Garda. It offers free parking and is in front of the bus stop to Sirmione.

This was the perfect location to visit south Lake Garda, Verona and the very many wine producers. With a car full of luggage we loved the secure parking and the dog was very welcome. We ate a wonderful meal in the restaurant with great wine. Huge room and plenty of vineyards to walk the dog. Gorgeous pool.

The variety of delicious vegan food! Hands down the best breakfast i’ve ever had travelling. Sweet and savory, fresh fruit and baked goods, they have it all.
The owners David and Marta are also just lovely hosts; kind, helpful and quick to respond.
All the basics are covered too: great location in the middle of the historical center and near the beach, clean and comfortable rooms.
This is the place to stay in Sirmione vegan or not, you will have a great time.
I miss it already and hope to come back someday!

Super clean. Great location , just a little out of the city centre , so nice and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff and they have bikes you can borrow for free to cycle around the city. Would definitely go back!

Great location, good breakfast (plenty of choice), friendly staff. Elijah & Margarita are welcoming hosts with lots of local knowledge and are really helpful. We liked the location because it was not in the bustle of Sirmione but a short walk from the centre which made the hotel location nice and quiet
Great location and free use of bikes for the short and enjoyable ride to the lake. Our host, Laura, was fantastic. She was there when we needed her and also knew how to give us quiet enjoyment of the space. Breakfast was great.
Great pool, quiet area a bit outside city center but close to the lake and restaurants. The host was very helpful and provided good information about the area. Good air-conditioning.
Great location, by bus close to city center. But also nice restaurants and shops walking distance. The pool was very nice. The garden was also very nice. Host was always quick help when needed over text. Garaged could not close because a bit too small but good and safe place for your car.
