The host was very unfriendly.
She only left us half a toilet paper and we asked for an extra.
Then she said in a text message - it's there "in wardrobe" (the apartment had 2 rooms and about 5 wardrobes)
When I told her that if I couldn't find it, I would have to call her, she replied: "look, you can't help but find it, you simply need to open the wardrobe."...
Also I looked for the property based on the criteria of the existing free parking, but there was no free space, I had to drive around the whole area several times until I found a space further away from the property.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful! The location was great too. It was only a 1 night stay but had all that we needed.

I had a wonderful couple days here at this beautiful property. The breakfasts were quite memorable. The host is extremely nice and had great communication beforehand. I appreciated staying a short walk away, and down a quiet street, from the very busy city center of San Gimignano.
