We only had one night here but it was great to have a room with some amenities included! We especially appreciated the coffee and bottled water. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was modern.

If you are looking for one or two nights stay in Meran, I can fully recommend this place. In this case you would appreciate perfect location. You would not mind the potential downsides mentioned by other guest like view from the window (not great) or the elevator going only to the 3rd floor. What mattered to us was nice and clean room, with spacious bathroom.

They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Beautifully kept gardens, lovely plants and fruit trees. Apartment was clean, airy and pool lovely. Surrounding is great for those who want quiet stay.

the place is very quiet; it's not really a hotel but a convention centre. Very clean and the single room was comfortable. I followed the restaurant recommendation and had a pizza at the nearby place. Good service and meal. The breakfast at Lichtenburg was ok and typical for the region. Payment and check-out quick and easy. Good parking.
Cozy, warm, comfy and newly restructured place, with everything we could ask for. Quiet, excellent noise isolation (even within the apartment). Hosts were amazing and super helpful, always available and quite understandable when I run into some unforeseen problems. The place has nice artisanal products made by themselves with great quality. Parking space with internal access.
The apartment is new, bright and very cozy. Also, the host was very kind, willing to help us if anything was needed. We can only recommend this accommodation.
Family room was very spacious with two separate bedrooms and a kitchen connected to living room. The balcony was great with very nice view to the apple fields and mountains. We were very satisfied with the host and check-in process. Parking space was right outside the hotel. Complimentary coffee machine with capsules was great!!! TV with internet connection (netflix, youtube) in the living room.
I was passing through and came across this accommodation near Bolzano and booked straight away and don't regret it. It's not a luxury hotel but an educational institution but that wasn't a problem for me because I needed a bed for the night. A 20 minute drive from the beautiful town of Bolzano.
