We stayed in the one bedroom house which was small and perfectly formed. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay is provided. Extremely clean, comfortable bed and pillows, a home from home. We loved the private little terrace off the bedroom which catches a lot of sunshine. Very well located just off the main road but tucked away so it's very quiet and peaceful and two minutes walk from local cafes. Check in was so easy as Giovanni arranged to meet us and escorted us to the house. He is such a lovely guy and gave us lots of information about Modica, things to do and suggested places to eat. Its very obvious that Giovanni and his wife are passionate about offering their guests a wonderful stay. Thank you

We loved the apartment! It is very spacious with a balcony that looks out over the town. In the morning you’ve got the morning sun :) we simply loved the place. Federica was extremely welcoming. We had the best stay and if we go back to Modica we are sure to stay here!

Very friendly and flexible host, they even secured a free parking space for us on the street. Cosy and spacious, well equipped apartment. It is very quiet and clean. Coffee was provided and we could do our laundry and also sit outside. The most comfortable bed on our trip.

A lovely palazzo. Old world charm but yet in a great location (just be prepared for lots of steep steps). If you are coming by car, parking is no problem as they have their own garage. The owners are very hands on and positively charming. Signor Failla is an absolute gem of a host. Rooms are sparkling clean and well appointed.
Giancarlo was a great host, a really lovely guy. The breakfast was fantastic: fresh figs, pastries, and toast with ricotta and marmalade. Beautiful old house with a lot of character. Great location, easy to get in to Modica by car. Nice outdoor pool area. Would thoroughly recommend.

The B&B is a beautiful historic stone house with some baroque features in the amazing garden. Our room with a nice view of Modica was quiet and spacious, very tasty furnished. Comfy beds. Very well equipped shared kitchen, even complimentary botles of water. Beautiful and stylish foyae. Wifi fast and free. Very charming and responsive host, who made very good sicilian breakfast to us in his beautiful mandarin garden. Privat parking in the garage.
