First and foremost the owner. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Every morning he cooked and served nice breakfast in the garden terrace. Duilio advised us on the places to visit, to dine out. Thanks to him we managed to visit a private vineyards with a factory and we bought delicious italian wine.We travelled by car and he let our car in his own garage. The apartment is on the ground floor, the Apartment is neet, cosy and clean. We had our own privacy.

Private parking. Near to city center. Despar supermarket close. Even gas station across the street. Exclusive neighbourhood. Amazing location of the appartment. Air conditioning. It's new apartment. Host was extremely polite and helping. Unfortunately can't speak English so we "talked" with hands and eyes, gestures, look and learn technique but we managed 😅 Floor heating was felt in the middle of room. Bottles with sparkling and normal water in fridge (we were really glad we could use them, thank you). Appartment has great potential. I'm sure the owner will polish it with time.

We stayed overnight in Francesca's house on our way back from our holiday in Tuscany. The house is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, we felt like at home. We were surrounded by a huge garden full of exotic bamboos and mature trees and two friendly dogs, Theodora and Leopold, who kept us company at the terrace. As a bonus, right next door was an excellent restaurant with great seafood and homemade desserts. We would love to come back!
