Rooms are big and comfortable. We had also a balcony. There is a pool available for guests with few sunbeds. Object is located outside the centre, so it is not a crowded surrounding. You can walk to the beach (around 20 minutes). Parking is available and the gate is closed, so you can safely park your car. The owner is very nice, helpful and also flexible. We didn't manage to arrive on time, but he quickly figured out a solution for self check-in.
Breakfasts are tasty with good choice of food. Coffee is perfect.

The room was cool, spotlessly clean and a super comfy bed. Very quiet and the bathroom was lovely. Mini bar for cool drinks, coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The breakfast had a good selection of pastries, yogurts etc.
Pool right by the rooms with lots of comfy sunbeds and shaded seating areas. Short stroll to the lake with lots of choices of places to eat drink and shop.
Staff were amazing! The restaurant on site was excellent! Very good quality food and impeccable service.

The apartment is in a brilliant location only five minutes walk from the lake. There are plenty of places to eat near by. Everywhere was very clean, the bed comfortable and quiet at night. The was a large terrace but as it poured with rain that night we could not use it. Alberto kept in contact and met us on site. He was very welcoming and helpful.

It was super clean and comfortable! The location was perfect if you are by car and want to visit Garda lake, Verona- it’s 20 min by car from Sirmione. There was a breakfast for 7€ per person which was buffet with amazing food, coffee and juice! The girl on reception recommended us a place for dinner /pasta/- Ristorante Pina /amazing family restaurant for good prices and perfect delicious food!!/ it was 15 min walking from the hotel. Also the hotel has a parking space in front of it. I guess Gardaland is also really close!

A wonderful place for a peaceful family vacation. Quiet and calm, with a great pool perfect for children. The apartment was comfortable and the hosts were very friendly. There is an option to purchase breakfast, or you can prepare your own meals in the apartment's kitchen. The washing machine and dishwasher were very useful, and the air conditioning worked well. We definitely want to come back in the future.
A charming Italian-style house, it was very clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. Situated in the countryside amidst many trees, it was still conveniently close to Lazise. The host was exceptionally kind! Since we arrived before check-in time with two babies, she generously let us stay at a nearby house for free! She answered all our questions and was extremely helpful. To top it off, it was the best value for money in the entire area!
the hosts were amazing, accomodating us while our room was getting cleaned with a Aperol on the house. The maid was the nicest lady, and always willing to help us out.

The whole complex was nice, well mantained, clean and quiet. The owner/staff was very helpfull and friendly. Free parking available in the complex. Walkable distance to the city center. There was available pool, kid's playground, washing machine (for a fee) and also you can order fresh products from bakery for morning delivery. Even though we booked the smallest available apartement there was enough space for two adult and one kid and also kid's bed. The apartement was fully equipped.
Asia, our host, was very warm and welcoming. She took time to explain everything and spoke perfect English, which we appreciated because neither of us spoke Italian. The property is in a great location and we were given a key for a quaint walking path that led down to the lake. The room and house were decorated with cozy touches and we instantly felt comfortable and relaxed. The pool was an excellent bonus. We highly recommend a stay at this adorable B&B.
We appreciated the hospitality and warm welcome by hosts Angela and Giovanni. The Depandance where we stayed was charming, comfortable and very quiet, the view overlooking the lake and Lazise lovely
