Very clean room and bathroom. They were cleaned every day. Great location, and I enjoyed very much that a bike was included so I could explore Grado and surroundings. Moreover Laura is lovely: very friendly and welcoming, and attention to the client.

I was not expecting much. It was just a transit one night stay and I left early the next morning. I only needed somewhere to refresh myself and sleep, without any other need. The bathroom is located seprately in the corridor. Not a problem for me. The price is very reasonable. The room even has an air-condition, which was a surprise, given that in a previous property I stayed in Gorizia there was none but an electric fan, which also did the job quite nicely. The air-condition is an added value, especially during the hot summer months like now. The staff (I think they are a couple) is nice and friendly. They kindly waited for me until after 11pm (I was travelling from afar) and provided all the necessary information. There is also a small private parking space in the compound of the property, which is ideal for those who travel by car, like me.

A very friendly place. Close to the beaches, next to a supermarket and a bus stop. Contact with the owner without any reservations. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. 15 min walk to the center. The area is quiet and charming. I really recommend it and I hope to come back again.

We had the most amazing host, who was very sweet, helpful and especially attentive. We were warmly welcomed and would love to come back anytime! The hotel is in a great location, everything can be reached by foot within a couple of minutes (supermarket, beach, bars etc). Nevertheless it is very quiet and we slept very good. The rooms & kitchen, just like everything else, was perfectly cleaned and you will find anything you might need (e.g. extra blanket) in your room.
