The room had everything I needed. Clean and well-organised.
What struck me most was the hospitability and kindness of the hosts, Fabio and Stella ! When I arrived, they arranged for me the taxi service I needed for the following days and also contacted someone so that I can have dinner close to the location. They also gave me more information regarding my transportation needs.

Very close to the airport. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Quiet and good for sleeping. I dont know if that was only one time thing or regular, but the planes started to make noise after 7.00 in the morning. We were fine, because we were awake anyway, but maybe not for some. We got great room on ground floor with the balcony so it was easy to get inside with all the luggage, stroller and baby.
You could eat on site, but we found very nice breakfast place nearby.
We arrived late from the flight and it ws still possible to check-in with human on site. After that was self check-in possible.

Very friendly host. Host helped us get inside, told us where the nearest restaurant and shop are. We also asked for duvets and we got them. We also got welcome gifts like water, drinks and tart. Near the room is bus stop so it's possible to get to Rome. Travel to Rome takes about 1h and you must use different public transport (but there are great tickets for all public transport). In kitchen there are microwave, dishes and induction hob. The bathroom has body wash, shampoo, paper and 3 types of towels.

Brilliant place to stay ,very quiet,with amazing views, you can relax after a busy day in Rome. Train station is 10 minutes away,which takes you to Rome in 20 minutes. Hosts are very helpful and gave us a lift to the train station and also suggestions what to see around. Grazie Mille !
Great value for money, excellent central location, a three star hotel that delivers the experience of a high end boutique city hotel. The decor is quite kitschy but it adds to the lively Italian atmosphere one expects to find in these small charming towns of Italy!
Great location, just a short walk to the Centro Storico, parking available and great host who was there to greet us as we arrived. Really good selection for breakfast even though we needed to leave early and having water available was a really nice touch. Room was comfortable and you didn’t hear other guests.
