We stayed 2 nights in a double room with terrace and 2 nights in an apartment. Overall, great stay; great location.
The apartment was a bit tired, decor-wise but very spacious and stunning outlook with balcony onto the Piazza. Shame no microwave in kitchen.
The double room was fresher and brighter and very nice, with a useful large terrace space (although facing alleyway).
Poor hairdryers in both accommodations.
Set in the centre of Taormina, Humboldt Luxury Rooms Taormina is a recently renovated accommodation, which offers allergy-free rooms.

Waking up to an amazing view of Mt Etna from bed was incredible, and having private access to the terrace with again Mt Etna and sea views was the highlight of our Taormina trip.
Very convenient location close to the main street and although the room was quite small, it had everything you might need included.

A comfortable stay in a warm room in an otherwise quite cool November Randazzo.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Giovanna is a perfect host. Always friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good and the coffee excellent. The nice swimming pool with the beautiful view on the Etna and quiet enviroment in the middle of the renomated Etna wineries offered us the perfect holiday experience. Great location but poor AC plus our bedroom was on mezzanine level and down flight of stairs to bathroom. Not good for old age pensioners.
WE complained about faulty AC and after quite a bit of fuss did get upgraded to room with working AC.

Giovanna is a great host and ready to cook delicious food with local ingredients. Tanaceto is the perfect place for those searching a peaceful oasis on the Etna. The entire structure was an old “Palmento”, a sicilian building used to press the grapes growing nearby. A place full of positive energy and ideal to rest. Highly suggested!
