Host, Elizabeth is amazing.
Property is in superb location. It is located just skirts of Assisi.
Place is nicely renovated, clean. Mattress is comfortable. There is a kitchenette with fridge, cafe machine, kettle, etc.
A lot of nice snacks are offered for breakfast in the room.
The scenery of Assisi and valley are marvelous.

The most beautiful hotel I've stayed in!
The interior design is beautiful, so arty and interesting. The bedroom and bathroom were so clean and felt like new. The windows had beautiful views over the town.
The host is so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to chat with her
The location is perfect, Santa chiara basilica is just 30 seconds away and we could hear it's church bells in the morning.
There was free water, coffee, tea and snacks in the room, nice touch 😊

The breakfast was amazing every day, something sweet, something salty and great coffee. The 2 hosta are the nicest people, even though they don’t speak English we managed to understand each others and to have a great time there.
This is a lovely place to stay, close to the airport but surrounded by countryside. Very kind hosts who drove me to the airport for my departing flight.
