Sara is always available via phone or WhatsApp and was very nice and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet area with a supermarket in about 2 minutes and Arco's old town in 10-15 minutes walking distance. If you bring your bike or rent one, you can ride to Lago di Garda within 25-30 minutes mostly on a bike lane next to the sarca river and offside of (car) traffic which can be really busy sometimes. I had a great stay!
