The private kitchen was handy and had everything we needed. The place was very clean, and the garden was lovely. Great location overlooking a lake. Charming 100-year-old bungalows with all modern amenities in place. Tasty authentic Parsi food, diverse menus for every meal. Extremely hospitable owners and staff. Prompt and caring service. Cherry on the cake is the valley view. Can’t have enough of it.
Quiet location near a tabletop. Perfect for a weekend away with friends. Our host, Anil ji was very warm and hospitable. Home-cooked food was also very tasty and reasonable. No complaints as a budget traveler.
The view was breathtaking. No less than any of the viewpoints I would say. The person managing the place Kishor ji and his wife were amazing and great hosts.
Location is simply perfect offering amazing sunrise and sunset views. The caretaker (Santosh) and his family were great hosts with some very tasty local cuisines. They ensured our stay was extremely comfortable. While we went for a short stay it made us long for more and we will be back there definitely!
I would highly recommend this villa. Not only is it charming, stylish, comfortable and well maintained but it's also great value for money. In a quiet street beside the heart of the city, it is a great place to stay in panchgani . The host ganesh provided excellent local information and was really welcoming. The View , air conditioning and swimming pool ,lawn was a real bonus.Homemade food was tasty .

We were here for 1 day for my Mom's 50th birthday celebration, we had an amazing stay at Aksha Villa. Great location , beautiful property, very well maintained, cozy interiors and lots of space inside and also outside to relax. The pool was clean and it has a baby pool too. Extremely polite and helpful staff. The cook made amazing delicious food. Loved our stay at the Aksha Villa. The host made sure all the birthday arrangements were made before we arrive. I would definitely recommend this place to all.
