Excellent location, approach road is very narrow but barely any vehicles. Just 10 15 mins inside NH66. Food served by the caretaker was really good & served at desired time itself. He also bought food parcel for us from near by restaurants.

1) Great Location - serene, peaceful and close to the Krishna Temple and other lovely Temples around. Close to DMART, Mall, Bus Stand & City Center. Swiggy / Zomato deliver food at any time. Memorable scenery around. Vegetable, Bakery, Daily Groceries shops around in 3-5 minutes walk.
2) Purposeful & Friendly Host - Personally available all the time to take care of Guest needs and bonus is giving time for chat to understand local Customs, attractions and any other meaningful topic. Can also arrange for 2-wheeler, Autorickshaw and Car Hire. Can also stack Provisions & any other items on request. Upgraded the Wi_Fi for all the rooms during our stay due to weak signals, independently, deserves mention.
3) Nice rooms & Facilities - I stayed in a Private 1-BR room on the 1st floor and it is good for 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 teen child or 2 smaller children. Well equipped Kitchen. Free Drinking water of 15 litre bottles provided & refilled when needed. I also noted that other Rooms were good too and they have private pathway for Guest rooms and no intrusion from the Host or other Guests staying in the Property.

The location is nice, calm, just behind the backwaters, garden to relax. Delta beach close by was Nest and clean, less crowded (weekday).

Amazing place in such a beautiful and quiet area. I was surprised in a positive way when I discovered how big the rooms were. It is actually a fully furnished appartment wich kitchen and two rooms!
