Staff friendliness. Clean room. The hotel is situated just outside the pahadganj exit of New Daily Railway Station. Please avoid folks on the main road who'd lure you to take in their own hotel rooms in disguise of taking you to Hotel Saphire. Instead call the property directly and someone will come and pick you up from the main road. I had gotten a clean room and it was spacious for a single person stay. Staff is friendly and you can connect with them for any daily supplies. I had forgotten my phone charger in the hotel room and I informed the hotel management about it. They couriered my charger within 2 days which is exactly not in their service scope but still they did it. Overall a pleasant stay.
