Fantastic place, great transport links within a short walk, beach and good restaurants also within a short walk. The room had a vintage vibe, which was in keeping with the house. Everywhere was elegant, clean, and comfortable. And the host and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I have no hesitation recommending this place and will return in the future.

Great location, especially if you take the hop off bus in Dublin. it stops close by!
The room has everything you need and is very cosy! Friendly staff and great to have parking (with extra cost)
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Kathy is an excellent hostess, she was always very attentive to everything we needed. The house is very comfortable and quiet, with everything you need to spend a pleasant time. A couple of minutes walk from the house and you can catch the bus to Dublin city centre or Blackrock village.
