All rooms at McCarthy’s B&B have a TV, desk and tea and coffee facilities. Each room has use of either an en suite shower room or a shared bathroom, with a hairdryer and toiletries.

The rooms are nice, traditionally decorated. Breakfast was really tasty. The hosts were super helpful, they adviced us on finding a restaurant for dinner and even drove our daughter to an orthodontist.

Gorgeous old guesthouse with trees and vines growing all over it, very picturesque and staffed by friendly and helpful people. Classic Irish hospitality at breakfast, with generous portions! We loved our room, it was very pretty and well-kept with a country house sort of style - all the furniture seems to be antique. Spacious and light, our room even had a little door out into the back garden. A few minutes' walk into Clonmel's main streets, yet we had a lovely and quiet stay.
