I stayed as solo guy just dropping in to Tokaj for a few days. For just me the place was huge, had a great shared kitchen area, and a cool, relaxing outdoors area too. Everything in the room and bathroom seemed very clean and well-designed. It was very cheap for what was offered. I only saw the owner once, but she was friendly. We used google translate to chat together very effectively!

The location was great. Just a few minutes' walk to the center of town. The area is beautiful. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and we had easy access to the kitchen and dining area. The WiFi was decent, though hopefully you won't be spending too much time using it since Tokaj has plenty of nice things to do. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that there are not many English speakers in Tokaj, but you're probably all set if you speak some German (or Hungarian, obviously).

Angéla was an amazing host. Her and her husband were super accommodating. The location was very central and the unit was clean and quiet. Angéla even invited us for a Christmas concert that she sang at! They made us feel right at home. Shower was good pressure and hot water was plentiful. They even had a hair dryer that could plug in our North American toothbrush charger!
