Accommodation is basic but for the price, it was excellent, especially as parking in the garden was included (it's all paid parking on the road). In addition, there is a private bathroom in the room. It's also about 100m to the Minaret and 5 minutes walk to the Old Town Square.
Eve, the host was very friendly and recommended good places to eat and places to visit. She was really accommodating and hurriedly clean the room so I could check in earlier. Thank you very much.

A wonderful house and room in a quiet place. Bus stop nearby, close to the train station. There was a fan in the room, which was a blessing in the hot weather. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Beautiful house. Location is perfect, easy to walk to the center of the city and other places. Nice neighborhood. Car parked inside the gate at the property.

We loved the whole common area. The kitchen was well stocked, the ping pong table and the bbq were well maintained, and the jacuzzi (which costs extra) was also wonderful after a day of hiking in the mountains.

Interesting places nearby (Bukk National Park around the corner, Eger, relatively near Miszkolc, close to highway to Budapest, 1-2 hours driving distance from a few other National Parks (Aggteleki, Hortobagy). Charming and helpful hosts. I would give 11/10 if possible :)
