Nice easy check in with reception. 10 min walk to central parts of Novalja. Helpful staff. Possibility to use microwave dowstairs to reheat some leftovers that I brought from a nearby restaurant. Small but comfortable room with all I needed including small balcony.

Plenty of sun and great sunny balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (no oven). All nice and clean. We've been there in September for 5 days, it was nice and quiet.

Novalja promenade is 5min walk from the apartment, 2 grocery shops-3min walking. Novalja is in the middle of the island Pag so great place to stay to explore around. Parking space is in front of the aparent.

Spaciouus comfortable & clean room with balcony and air-condition in the first floor (no elevator or possibility for disabled person). Nice see from the balcony and the appartment is very close to the nearest beach but access is through steep stairs. Parking is in the front of the house.

The host Mira is such a lovely lady. There was a cold juice and bottle of water in the fridge. Beautiful small beaches just few metres away from the apartment, next to it is a shop with little bakery inside, to the center of town is a nice walk in the evening. We had a lovely holiday and thank you Mira for it🙂🌸.

We highly recommend the Katarina 1 apartment in Zubovici. The host was kind and always available. The apartment had a beautiful sea view and was very close to the beach. It was clean and well equipped. We would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the view of the sea was breathtaking. The location is excellent, providing easy access to all the attractions and amenities.
One suggestion for the lovely host would be to implement some mosquito control measures. This would allow guests to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze, which is much nicer than using the air conditioning.

The accommodation offers an exceptional view from the balcony. The hosts, a friendly couple, are hospitable. Free parking is available. It's a 10-minute drive to Novalja and nearby beaches. Pets are welcome with a minimal additional fee. Very good value for what you get.

What a lovely location with direct views of the sea and beyond. The beach can be reached in 2min, and you have it almost to yourself except for a few friendly locals. The apartment is so modern and has everything you could need (facilities and utensils). The best equipped in the whole of our Croatia trip. The balcony was a sun trap but with enough shade to sit and relax. Great host, cannot recommend enough if you want to escape the busy tourist spots.
