The tram is right at your doorstop so you can reach old town and the beautiful Blue Flag beaches in the north very easily for a few Kuhns. From the room you can view the beautiful bay of Umag with its charming Adriatic fishing boats. Would definitely come back again!

What an incredible place. Comfortable and well apointed room with large private balcony with nice view. Free water, fruit and even schnaps in the fridge. Just a short walk (80m) from the closest beach. Incredibly friendly and service minded host. Super well appointed apartments! Big fridge with freezer (plus ice cube tray), a cute kitchen with lots of kitchenware (electric kettle, espresso maker and coffee filters, frying pans and so on). There were staple foods like sugar, salt, baking powder, vegetable oil, tea bags and they even provided panty liners in the bathroom (very cool!!). The pool is small but nice, with a countercurrent system, a solar shower and sunbeds. It’s just a 5 minutes drive to Umag and there‘s a restaurant (3 minutes) and a little supermarket (20 minutes) within walking distance. The hosts are very lovely (she speaks perfect German). We only stayed for one night (journey through), but we really enjoyed it and will come back for sure :)
