Great location. Nice clean room with fridge and kettle. Shared microwave in foyer was a great thing to have access to and I was able to keep leftovers in the fridge, then reheat them using the supplied bowls...much appreciated (there was only one teaspoon though, and bigger spoons or forks would have been useful).
I had room 3 which sounds like it is more spacious than the other two rooms. The noise from the restaurant below wasn't a problem if shutters and windows were closed, and if too hot there was a/c.
I found the host helpful and she let me in my room an hour earlier than check in time.
Note that there are many steps in Korcula so if staying in Old Town you'll be carrying luggage up and down many stairs, including the stairs to Maria's apartment on the 2nd floor.

The mattress was for us to soft. Communication was quick but more with body language. No english because she is a local which is great.

The apartment was very clean and convenient for a few days stay. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Everything went well! Eventough it's a bit of a walk (~20min) from the old town, you have grocery store and a beach very close and also a bus (to Lumbarda/Korcula) goes right next door.

The room was renovated and has good sound proof windows which provides a good night of sleep. You can also regulate the light with the blinds, which is also a plus.
The bathroom has plenty of space and a water heater worked well.
Loved the rooftop terrace, the wonderful host, and the great location. I was amazed how quiet it was inside. Korčula was a refreshingly peaceful break in between busy Dubrovnik and Hvar.
