Motovun is one of my favourite places in Croatia, and our stay in this charming guesthouse exceed our expectations. The room was lovely and comfortable, and Lorena's warm hospitality and kindness made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was an absolute highlight. We enjoyed this on the balcony of our room, in absolute privacy, while looking out at a stunning view and enjoying a veritable feast: tea and coffee, homemde fruit juice, fruit, yogurts, an assortment of cheeses and hams/salami, scrambled eggs, bread and jam, and croissants. Sitting on that balcony and enjoying this wonderful home cooked breakfast was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Thank you Lorena!!

The booking was flexible, it was easy to communicate with the host and to make changes. The apartment has its own parking, which is a huge plus in this small town. The beach is within walking distance, as well as the restaurants and the shop. The kitcen was well equipped, and the apartment was spotless clean. Thank you for hosting us.

This was such a good choice for accommodation near Motovun! The owner was super friendly, I had a really nice chat with her in the morning with coffee and cake she offered me. The house had a big garage for safe bike storage. The bed was super cozy and comfortable. The room was very quiet, clean, spacious. Check the fridge on arrival. Najbolja je rakija!!
The walk into Motovun was uphill of course and took about 20 minutes. Very nice town with a few excellent restaurants. You can walk the city wall for 5€.

The rooms are located in a rennovated building in the Labin old city, up on the hill. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. At the ground floor where the entrance is, there is a fully equipped kitchenette that will satisfy most needs of every traveler. In the morning there were fresh croissants waiting for us.
The host wasn't there to greet us because we arrived late afternoon, but she was very helpful on the phone and explained everything. Highly recommended.

Everything was above expectations, the hosts are very nice and helped us immidiately whenever we had any request. They even welcomed us with some wine, liquer and even home made pastry!

Great surroundings, perfect and charming Old villa with pleasant pool and many hang-out spots in a beautiful village with friendly hosts. Mirjana was most accomodating and hospitable, preparing us a beautiful and delicious breakfast and overall granting all our wishes! Thanks for all, Mirjana! :))
The garden and the area were really nice. Especially for a dog and for hiking tours. The own pool was also a good place for relaxing. Several cities, which are interesting for tourists, are 30 to 60 minutes away by car.
The hosts were very endeavored and we also had some free dinners with typical Croatian food.

It is a beautiful place, the hosts are super friendly and helpful, the outdoor area is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful and super clean, loads of trees, flowers and extremely well decorated.
This is a perfect place if you’d like to explore Istria, avoid touristy areas and relax in serene surroundings. The apartment is located in a lovely typical Istrian village next and it has a beautiful courtyard with a pool that is otherwise shared between two other flats but we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves! There is also a mini grocery shop and a restaurant in the village. A very pleasant stay if you’d like to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet.
The property is peaceful, beautiful, very clean and the fireplace is magic! perfect location for exploring around! Hosts make sure you have firewood which is such a nice gesture!
The location was splendid! The hosts were kind and welcoming and the Studio fireplace was a treat to have!
