The place is in the town centre so it is very convenient. A very spacious apartment, which is excellent for two people or a family of three. The house where the apartment is, was very nice with an excellent courtyard. The owner was very helpful and very hospitable.
Just 10 metres from the beach of Rovies in Evia, Lappas Rooms offers air-conditioned studios with a furnished balcony overlooking the garden, the mountains or the Euboean Gulf.

I want to stress a very friendly and kind welcome from Dimitra and from her excellent mother. The place provides everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay. The apartment is excellent equipped, clean and comfortable with terrace and sea view. Beach is in close proximity, just to cross the street. We regret that we just stayed only four nights, should have stayed longer.
Recommended to all to visit Lappas apartments and Evia island.

We recently stayed at Eleonas Hotel for four nights at the end of June and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were very welcoming and lovely, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a gorgeous view that we enjoyed every day.
The hotel is part of a beautiful olive grove, which we absolutely loved. Breakfast was always tasty and fresh, served with an incredible view every morning. Every morning we were pleasantly surprised with very cute & quirky teapots for our tea. The hosts were incredibly helpful, recommending a lovely quiet spot for both dinner and lunch called Litsa, where we had dinner every evening.
One of the highlights of our stay was the olive tasting experience. We learned so much about the estate, the process of making olive oil, and what to look for in high-quality olive oil. In the evenings, we loved sitting outside and looking at the stars. It was a lovely, peaceful place to stay where you could really switch off.
Overall, our stay at Eleonas Hotel was delightful, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, unique and charming getaway.

The villa is beautiful and well-taken care of. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The beach is close by and the local restaurants and bars serve delicious meals.
The only thing is that internet connection is not very fast but if you think about it, it is not such a bad thing after all ;)
The villa was amazing - such a beautiful house, garden, and views. It was a pleasure waking up to that view, it never got old. The neighborhood was very quiet so you could relax to the max. I would recommend staying here!
The whole experience made us feels like true locals!
The apartments were in the remote side of Theologos which was a refreshing experience - little to no (foreign) tourists. The beach was beautiful, the water clear and the apartments were more than enough: it was clean, had air conditioning, plenty of space and use the open rooftop to look at the sea or the night sky.
The host was amazing - they fulfilled all our wishes, welcomed us, and asked if we needed anything multiple times. Even made us a nice breakfast!
The hosts were very friendly people. They made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. As we travelled with kids, we did ask if it is possible to have the cot bed for a little kid and it was provided which was very nice of them.

This is an exceptional place! Furnished just like in the photos, but what you can't see there is the atmosphere of calm and coziness. Amazing view from the terrace. The sea is in front of you and the location is very good for touring all the beaches in the area. Thanks to our host for making my vacation great and I had everything I needed.
