A unique and quite place in the heart of Pelio. The staff made our stay unforgettable. Stivachtis Villas is just an amazing stay. We had a lovely time and honestly had the best relaxation ever. The location is great, there are however a lot of stairs until you reach the shore and beach, which we didn't mind because otherwise you wouldn't have the amazing view and ambient. Going down is just 5 mins.
Also, there is a dedicated parking area for the car, which we also liked because we came with a car.
We had a room with a sea view, which I recommend because you can observe the amazing sunrise and listen to the sounds of the sea. The room was spotless clean, also cleaned every day and towels were changed every third day.
One thing you must not miss is the amazing homemade breakfast! Really tasty and big, everyone should try it at least once! Served on the amazing terase of the villa, overlooking the sea and surrounded with beautiful flowers and trees.
The Papa Nero beach is also close, 10-15 mins on foot, easily reached by walking down the shore.
We really recommend Stivachtis Villas and would come back again.

The villa is amazing. The view to the sea is gorgeous and the pool is wonderful. The villa is well equipped and pleasant and the guy who received us was charming. The only minus is the room in the attic which is open and exposed to the living room but this is tolerable in light of all the positive things.
Lovely place to stay. The landlords are nice and very kind. A very pleasant family atmosphere, which made the stay very pleasant. In my opinion, it is a must to come and stay in this special and beautiful boutique hotel. Beyond any imagination.
