The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked way more beautiful than we expected. As for the location, the shops and the restaurants are easily accessible on foot. We only walked about 2 minutes to get to the restaurants and the beach and 5-10 minutes max to get to the shops. The neighborhood is really quiet and pretty and you can enjoy your way back in the nights in the beautiful narrow streets of Naxos. What is more, the room includes a private balcony where you can sit and relax. It is ideal for couples that seek for some time alone after they are done with their day. I would totally recommend it and I'd definitely stay there again.

Location was great, close to everything. Room was clean, quiet, we did not used the provided earplugs. Rainshower in the bathroom! Eddie, the host, is extremely helpful.

Everything. The entire staff were great, very kind, welcoming and responding to all our needs and beyond. Rooms were cleaned perfectly every day and towels and laundry were changed regularly. We would give more than 10 if possible and I highly recommend if visit the island to stay in Grotta hotel or Casabella (same owner, almost next to each other). Thank you so much for the great experience! :)

The room was spacious, clean and had a nice balcony. The hotel is located close to the city centre but in a quiet side street so you can sleep at night. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet offered enough choices.

Breakfast was fantastic! Homemade greek dishes that were better than anything we had in a restaurant. The location was great too, walking distance to downtown and close to parking for our rental car. It was also the best experience we had interacting with local people in Greece. Rena and her husband were very friendly, accommodating, and invested in making sure we had an amazing time.

We stayed in the room with jacuzzi. We really liked the proximity to the beach and how quiet the location was. The room was newly renovated with nicely equipped kitchen, and the jacuzzi worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the best out of all places we stayed in Greece. We enjoyed our stay!

So walkable!! We actually walked to/from the ferry port. Fresh fruit awaited us and water in the fridge. Stella had our room so clean. We had a beautiful deck. Stella made us cake and she and her family were so friendly and helpful!

Location was nice, close walk to the town yet in a nice quiet area, great for watching the sunset. Hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing with a large selection of fruits, pastries, eggs etc., everything you could want. There is a beach close by but we also took a bus to Plaka beach which was beautiful. The property was nicely decorated, and very clean. We had an amazing stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
