This is a beautifully renovated pristine set of rooms with hand painted ceilings and lovely bathrooms. Location is steps from an excellent taverna, the Epirus walking trail to Astraka hut, and the village park lot - yet it is very quiet. Dimitrios was a wonderful host, helping us clarify our hiking trail, giving us food for our packed lunches, bringing us afternoon coffee and cakes on the pretty garden patio Breakfast is plentiful and coffee is good. We now recommend this place to other walkers.

It is a nice traditional villa in Tsepelovo! It is ideal for families with children! Spacious and comfortable! we were four adults with four children! Three comfortable rooms with a toilete for each one! Very big living room/ kitchen (fully equipped) with fireplace and nicely decorated! Big garden with a bbq! The owner is very gentle and helpful! The owner is a very sweet man! Although he does not speak english, we used google translate and he helped us find whatever we needed.
the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower had lots of hot water.
Also, he asked us every morning what time we want our breakfast and what we like to eat and made it for us!

Such a lovely atmospheric village! The room was quite special ... lots of character. The garden was lively too, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony having a drink. They were going to supply breakfast as a bonus, but we had to leave by 8:30am, unfortunately.

We had a great stay - such a lovely location and atmosphere. The room had a quaint vibe, and had everything we needed - even our own patio (and friendly cat :) ). The hosts were lovely and the breakfast was amazing! Lots of homemade food. There is a restaurant and village shop nearby which has everything you need, and the other villages are easy to get to by car.
Michail and his wife are great hosts, the hotel is beautiful and super clean. The room was very big and had everything we needed.
Had dinner at their restaurant two nights in a raw, the homemade soups were delicious.
A charming and tranquil hotel in a beautiful location. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and gave us great tips about where to go. Eating their delicious breakfast on the beautiful terrace gazing out at the mountains while swallows swooped overhead was a delight!
Take care not to follow the direction that Google maps gives you to the property. Look out for the signs for Kipi Suites at the end of the village instead.
A really wonderful stay at Kipi Suites, in beautiful, spacious rooms. The location is superb, amazing views over the mountains and really quiet. The breakfast was delicious and our hosts did everything they could to make it a great few days. I would very much recommend a stay here and we're looking forward to going back!
The stunning location, the comfortable room, the quiet, the great breakfast! Mostly, the fantastic host, Georgios, who was incredibly helpful, and communicative, even before I arrived. He arranged an excellent taxi service for my onward journey, and was always around for advice. I felt really looked after, which is great, as a solo traveller. Thanks George, I'll be back!
