This is a very nice place with spacious apartments. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Beneath olive trees in a huge garden. There are 2 beaches in walking distance. Its a perfect choice for a getaway if you feel like you need some rest.

We received a very warm welcome from our host with a welcome drink, which included the hosts own home made liquors. Our room was beautifully furnished and the breakfast is a feast for the eyes. Xantha is great for two reasons: the stunning view of the Pagasetic Gulf, the mountains and Volos; and the really wonderful lady who is now running the place (and who also speaks very good English). One should take into account that the road up is steep, narrow and at some places winding, not an easy one, and it's best to have a good engine, but it's well worth it for the view from your little balcony and the friendliness and generosity of the hostess: who not only invited me to eat as many of the ripe figs from the trees as I possibly could, but even paid my bill with the dinner delivery man (you can order food up) since I was in the shower!... As well as your own balcony, there's also a verandah off the drawing room with its own view of the Gulf, and the outside patio sitting area is especially nice. There's an open bar in the main drawing room of the hotel where you can make yourself herb tea from a varied selection, or of course coffee. So unless you would find the drive up difficult, Xantha is very highly recommended!

The place was quiet and very clean. The host was welcoming and kind, she even brought us homemade brownies and ice-cream! We would visit again and highly recommend it! :)
We had a nice holiday at Kamari Guesthouse. The location overseeing the sea was excellent, allowing us to see amazing sunrises on the spacious terrace. There is a good WIFI connection and even access to streaming programs such as Netflix. The house has a well equipped kitchen and there is someone coming to sell fruit and vegetables every 2-3 days out of his truck. We had greatly appreciated the warm hospitality of our host, Vasilis, that was easily reachable by Whatsapp and provided us a lot of information about the area.
Ideally located on the sea coast with idyllic panoramic sea views from a spacious and very well equipped terrace, just 100 m from the center of Kamari where you can find a tavern and a beach bar. A short concrete staircase is leading to the crystal clear waters of Kamari beach just opposite of the house. Very well equipped kitchen. Free public parking in front of the house. Vasilis is a great host who will make you feel at home.
